Reverse (storno): The amount of the reservation ("Caparra confirmatoria") will not be refunded in case of reverse ("storno").

Late arrival and early departure: For days you're not going to stay at the residence trough an earlier departure or a late arrival will be rated the total amount of the holiday. In other cases are valid the "General Determination of South-Tyrolean Hotels". Changes may happen and the declarations aren't guaranteed.

Paymant: chash, check or bank transfer. The payment must be made the day before departure.
Since December 6, 2011, law 201/2011 in Italy states it's no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding 999.99 Euro in cash. Such limit cannot be trespassed in case of short pay either, if the total amount to be paid (deposit and final payment) is above the mentioned limit. However, the following payment methods are allowed for amounts of 1000 euro and higher: non-transferable cheques, and bank transfers.

Check-In and out: On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 2 pm and on the day of departure until 9 am. Saturday desirable for arrival and departure day.
