Of course, it’s always possible that something may interfere with your holiday plans. In these cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, no additional fee will be charged, only the deposit will be kept entirely.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you will be charged 40% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before arrival, you will be charged 60% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 70% of the total booking amount.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
A deposit of 30% must be paid by credit card or bank transfer during the booking process; in the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. The remaining amount will be payable directly on site. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer when booking.
We would like to point out that, as of 01/01/2014, a local tourism tax must be collected by all South Tyrolean accommodation providers. This is at the moment €1.75 per night for guests aged 14 and over. However, starting from 01/01/2024, this fee will be raised to €2.90 per night.
