Our cosy apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 9 am on the day of departure. Normally, we rent our apartments weekly from Saturday to Saturday. If you have any special concerns, please send us a non-binding request.
We provide bed linen, hand and kitchen towels free of charge. These will be changed after a week’s stay.
Of course, it’s always possible that something may interfere with your holiday plans. In these cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, there are no additional cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you will be charged 40% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before arrival, you will be charged 60% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 70% of the total booking amount.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
A deposit of 30% must be paid by credit card or bank transfer during the booking process; in the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. The remaining amount will be payable directly on site.
Our garden with sun loungers and seating area is available for everyone. Relax and enjoy the quiet.
You are welcome to use our laundry room. For a small fee, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available for your use. Laundry detergent is provided.
Please note that, since 1 January 2014, a local tourism tax has been levied by all accommodation providers in South Tyrol for guests aged 14 and over.
You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cheque. If you would like to pay in cash, we like to draw your attention to the fact that only cash payments of up to €4,999.99 are permitted in Italy. Non-EU citizens are exempt from this rule. If you would like an invoice (fattura), we ask you to inform us upon arrival.
We hope you understand, that pets are not allowed in our house.
During winter, our spacious ski room with heated ski lockers is at your disposal. In summer, guests can use our bike storage room with bicycle racks.
Residence Tombla is a non-smoking house. We kindly ask you to respect this.
We provide our guests the Südtirol Guest Pass: a ticket that allows you to travel comfortably and flexibly on all means of public transportation in South Tyrol.
Our guests have the opportunity to enter the Mar Dolomit swimming complex free of charge.
Would you like to take out a travel cancellation insurance? We recommend the HGV cancellation insurance.
As our guests, you can participate in the varied Val Gardena Active programme and enjoy a wide range of activities at special rates.
There is Wi-Fi and LAN connection which can be used free of charge throughout the whole residence.
